While this season didn’t end the way any die-hard Chargers fan would like (sigh), it was great fun to hope for a trip to the big game, and to see San Diego County come together with some serious Chargers Pride. Our team ironed out a lot of kinks this season, from huge coaching changes to injuries and shifting of players, and as trite and cliche as it sounds, everyone better watch out for us next year!
THANK YOU CHARGERS!!!! π
PS As much as I can’t stand Tom Brady and do not like the Patriots, I DO hope they win ONLY so that our Oceanside, CA, hometown boy Junior Seau, can get a well-deserved Super Bowl ring. On the other hand… π

CHARGERS!!! Still # 1 in our book. We’ll Sew it up next year!!! You may not have made it to the Superbowl but you still deserve more RESPECT than what you have gotten from the press and the commentators. WE HERE IN SAN DIEGO BELIEVE IN YOU !!! WE LOVE YOU!!!

I’m right there with ya on the sentiments, Bre. π San Diego always gets the short end of the stick in the respect department no matter how well we do, or how much we go above and beyond the expectations of many; guess I’m kind of use to it after being a fan for soooooo many years.
I hope a lot of folks show up to welcome the team back tonight, but unfortunately I’m up in Murrieta right now and can’t make it. Looking forward to an INCREDIBLE Chargers season this fall…GO CHARGERS!! π

Sorry that the Chargers didn’t make it as I was pulling for them as well. As for NE and i can’t stand Tom Brady I’d like nothing more than to see him lose to take him down a notch. I know that isn’t fair to wish for the rest of the NE team but I’d like to see Eli finally pull out of his brother and father’s shadow and get as they say ‘get the monkey off his back’. He definitely held his own against Green Bay and I’d like to see it continue for one more game and let Brady know he isn’t who he thinks he is.
